Position Title: Production Manager- Transformer
Reports To: Operations Head
Employment Status: Full-Time
Location: Gazipur
Experience: 10-12 years
Education: B.Sc/ M.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
JOB PURPOSE
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production for our client company including planning, quality assurance, supervision, and maintenance. This role ensures that all production operations are carried out efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards, meeting order requirements, and complying with safety protocols.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Production Management | Oversee all production activities and resolve production-related issues. |
Design and BOM Development | Create designs and Bills of Materials (BOM) for transformers and substations as per order requirements. |
Requisition and Inventory | Prepare and process store requisitions for raw materials and consumables. |
Quality Assurance | Ensure the production of high-quality products that meet company and client standards. |
Reporting | Maintain production and relevant reports and provide regular updates to the head office. |
Supervision | Manage and supervise all production-related sections and staff. |
Maintenance | Ensure regular maintenance of machinery and testing equipment. |
Client Inspections | Ensure successful client inspections by maintaining product quality and readiness. |
Supplier Quality Control | Verify and receive quality raw materials from suppliers to ensure production standards. |
Technical Support | Oversee total production and provide technical support to the production team as needed. |
Costing and Planning | Collaborate with the operations team to develop cost-effective production plans. |
Training and Development | Provide training and guidance to the production team to enhance skills and efficiency. |
Safety Management | Implement and ensure safety measures across the production floor. |
After-Sales Service | Ensure proper after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction. |

- Managing efficient use of resources to meet production goals.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of machinery to avoid production delays.
- Successfully coordinating client inspections and meeting expectations.

- Implementing measures to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality raw materials.
- Identifying and resolving production-related issues promptly.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: B.Sc/ M.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Relevant Experience: 10-12 years in production management within transformer manufacturing or related industries.
