Job Purpose:
The Head of Business will provide strategic leadership, operational excellence, and overall direction to the facilities management company. The role requires a visionary leader with proven expertise in managing large-scale service operations, driving business growth, building a strong organizational culture, and ensuring profitability. The incumbent will be responsible for steering the company’s long-term vision while maintaining strong stakeholder, client, and regulatory relationships.

  • Formulate and implement corporate strategies aligned with the company’s vision and mission

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and quality of service delivery
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and quality standards
• Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
  • Represent the company at industry forums and associations

• Organizational Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team
  • Build a strong performance-driven culture
  • Foster collaboration across departments for seamless service delivery
• Innovation & Market Positioning
  • Drive digital transformation and technology adoption in service management.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor landscape.
  • Strengthen the brand as a trusted leader in facilities management
• Business Development and Increase in Revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives to drive sustainable growth
  • Develop and implement revenue enhancement strategies by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Requirements & Qualifications:

Relevant Experience:
Minimum 15 years of leadership experience with at least 7 years in senior executive roles, preferably in facilities management, real estate, or large-scale service industries.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees preferred.

Major Challenges:

  • Managing a diversified facilities management portfolio across multiple industries
  • Balancing short-term profitability with long-term strategic investments
  • Navigating regulatory frameworks and compliance challenges
  • Building and retaining top talent in a competitive market

 

Skills and Competencies:

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of operations management, financial planning, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with technology-driven service solutions is a plus.
