Job Summary

The Executive – Social Media Communication will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our client company’s healthcare services in Bangladesh. This role focuses on driving brand engagement, lead generation, and campaign optimization through various digital marketing channels, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall business objectives. The incumbent will also be responsible for managing PR activities, brand communications, and building strong connections with stakeholders to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase brand visibility and awareness

Develop and execute brand communication tools, channels, and content for internal and external audiences

• Achieve lead generation targets

Design and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies through digital channels including social media, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing

• Optimize marketing campaigns

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for maximum ROI

• Strengthen public relations and media engagement

Coordinate PR activities, press conferences, marketing seminars, and advertisements aligned with company strategy

• Support regional and local brand strategy
Contribute to regional social media strategy and ensure local execution aligns with brand guidelines
• Enhance market intelligence
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new marketing opportunities

Requirements & Qualifications:

Relevant Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management preferred
  • 1 year of work experience in related fields is an advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Achieving high-quality lead generation in a competitive healthcare market
  • Optimizing digital campaigns to deliver maximum ROI
  • Maintaining brand consistency across multiple communication platforms
