Job Purpose:

The Executive – Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives in Bangladesh. The role focuses on establishing new referral channels with doctors, hospitals, patients, specialists, corporate partners, and clubs while leveraging emerging healthcare trends. This position also involves developing the patient acquisition pathway (to Singapore), conducting market research, managing CRM programs, and building long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Expected Results Major Activities

• Achieve marketing and sales objectives

Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate marketing and promotional programs; prepare budgets; monitor variances and take corrective action

• Identify and capture marketing opportunities

Analyze patient requirements, market trends, and competitor activities; forecast business potential and set targeted market share

• Strengthen referral and corporate networks

Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, specialists, corporate partners, and clubs through visits, meetings, and events

• Enhance market intelligence

Monitor competition, healthcare landscape, and emerging trends in Bangladesh; recommend strategies for growth

• Expand business channels
Develop new business opportunities through partner appointments and local network development
• Optimize patient acquisition pathway
Conduct mapping and analysis of patient referral processes and implement CRM initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in marketing & sales preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical equipment sales will be an advantage

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
