Working Days: Sunday – Thursday

Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)

Job Purpose :

The position is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. The role focuses on promoting and selling Talent Acquisition services and HR solutions, building strong client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue generation while ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Expected Results Major Activities

Business development & client acquisition

• Identify and onboard new clients for recruitment and HR services
• Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, and market research
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitche

Sales of Talent Acquisition & HR services

• Promote and sell Talent Acquisition services to potential clients
• Offer HR consulting, BPO, and other HR services based on client needs
• Develop customized service proposals and solutions

• Revenue generation & account growth

• Achieve individual revenue targets from recruitment and HR services
• Expand existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Support pricing strategy, negotiation, and deal closure

• Client relationship management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for business clients
• Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagemen

• Collaboration with Talent Acquisition team

• Coordinate with TA team to ensure smooth recruitment delivery
• Align client requirements with sourcing strategies
• Monitor service quality and delivery timelines

• Market intelligence & strategy

• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings
• Identify new business opportunities in HR services
• Recommend strategies for business expansion

• Process improvement & reporting

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records
• Prepare reports on business development and revenue performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard

Requirements & Qualifications:

Skills & Knowledge :

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGD in HR or Marketing will be an advantage

Relevant Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Development / Talent Acquisition
• Strong experience in selling recruitment or HR services

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment services and HR solutions
• Client acquisition and B2B sales expertise
• Proposal development and negotiation skills
• LinkedIn and corporate networking proficiency
