To support business expansion and strengthen recruitment services, the organization is seeking a dynamic Associate Manager/Manager – Talent Acquisition & Client Development position to lead recruitment operations while contributing to business generation and revenue growth.

Job Purpose :

The Position is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations and expanding recruitment business of the Company. The role focuses on attracting top talent, building strong client relationships, ensuring recruitment delivery excellence, and contributing directly to recruitment revenue through client acquisition and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Expected Results Major Activities

Strategic talent acquisition planning

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
• Forecast manpower requirements with stakeholders and clients
• Identify new sourcing channels and strengthen talent pipelines

Timely and quality hiring delivery

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
• Maintain and grow CV database and talent pipelines

Team leadership and performance management

• Lead, mentor, and monitor TA team performance
• Set recruitment KPIs and ensure achievement of hiring targets
• Conduct training and continuous development initiatives

Stakeholder and client management

• Partner with internal departments to understand hiring needs
• Act as primary contact for recruitment clients
• Ensure client satisfaction and service excellence

Business generation and account growth

• Identify and onboard new recruitment clients
• Pitch recruitment services and close business opportunities
• Support proposal preparation and client presentations

Revenue contribution

• Contribute directly to recruitment revenue targets
• Participate in revenue sharing model
• Support pricing strategy and negotiation

Process improvement and compliance

• Improve recruitment processes and tools
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
• Maintain recruitment documentation and reporting

Major Challenges:

• Balancing recruitment delivery with business development responsibilities
• Managing multiple clients hiring requirements and tight deadlines
• Building and sustaining a high-performing recruitment team
• Ensuring consistent revenue generation from recruitment services

Key Decisions:

•  Selection of recruitment strategies and sourcing channels
• Client prioritization and engagement approach
• Identification and evaluation of business opportunities
• Recruitment pricing and negotiation strategy

Skills & Knowledge

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGD in HR will be an advantage

Relevant Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proven exposure to recruitment business development or client acquisition

Technical Skills:

• End-to-end recruitment expertise
• ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portal proficiency
• Recruitment analytics and reporting knowledge
• Client negotiation and pricing understanding
