Job Title: Any Suitable Position in Sales
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Uttara, Dhaka.
Reports To: Head of Sales

Job Purpose
To drive sales growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing high-value clients in the luxury interior design segment. The role demands a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in real estate or interior design sales, capable of handling high-profile clients and providing them with customized interior design solutions. The incumbent must possess excellent convincing and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on closing premium deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

Expected Results Major Activities

Achieve Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets

– Develop and execute strategic sales plans
– Follow up on leads, conduct client meetings, and close high-value deals

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

– Build a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
– Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and service

Proposal & Pitch Development

– Create compelling presentations and quotations tailored to client needs
– Conduct design walkthroughs in collaboration with the design team

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

– Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations
– Suggest improvements to service and offerings based on insights

Collaboration with Design & Execution Teams

– Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure smooth delivery
– Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams

Major Challenges:
• Dealing with high-profile clients with demanding expectations
• Balancing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
• Converting potential leads into high-value contracts in a competitive market

Key Decisions:
• Selecting and prioritizing high-value leads
• Customizing sales pitches based on client profiles
• Deciding negotiation terms in line with company policy

Skills and Knowledge:

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
Relevant Experience
5–10 years in sales, preferably in real estate, high-end interior design, or luxury product/services sector
Technical Skills
CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office Suite, basic understanding of interior design terminologies
Personal Characteristics
Presentable, confident, persuasive, target-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills
Core Competencies
High emotional intelligence, client-centric mindset, negotiation & closing skills, adaptability, teamwork
