Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Lead (Corporate Training) will be responsible for driving growth and enhancing brand visibility in the corporate training market. This role involves building strategic partnerships through professional networking, designing outreach campaigns, and collaborating on marketing content. The incumbent will also develop customized proposals and pitch tailored training solutions to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of learning and development needs in the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Expected Result Major Activity

Expand corporate training partnerships

Build and nurture professional networks, especially via LinkedIn and other platforms

Improve program visibility and client outreach

Plan and execute marketing and outreach campaigns (email, social media, events)

Enhance marketing content effectiveness

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to craft compelling blogs, newsletters, and posts

Increase online reach and lead generation

Apply SEO and social media marketing strategies to drive website traffic and generate leads

Win new clients through customized proposals
Develop business proposals tailored to client-specific training needs
Drive revenue and close deals
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and secure meetings or demos to convert leads
Understand and address client requirements
Engage potential clients to assess their training needs and recommend solutions
Promote open training workshops
Market training events and workshops through targeted outreach and promotions

Major Challenges

  • Building brand credibility and securing high-level corporate partnerships in a competitive training market
  • Crafting tailored outreach strategies and content that appeal to diverse industries
  • Meeting ambitious sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships

  • Determining which corporate prospects to prioritize based on market analysis
  • Customizing proposals and content strategies for different industry verticals
  • Suggesting improvements in marketing tactics or lead generation processes

Requirements & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:-
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Relevant Experience:-
5–7 years in sales or marketing, ideally in corporate training, education, or professional development sectors

Technical Skills:-
LinkedIn networking, social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), SEO/SEM, proposal writing, MS Office

Personal Characteristics:-
Proactive, persuasive, creative, passionate about education and learning, goal-driven, independent and collaborative

Core Competencies:-
Client engagement, sales strategy, negotiation, communication, content creation, relationship management

*The incumbent will be responsible for performing any other tasks as and if assigned by management
