To support continued business growth, the organization is looking for a results-driven sales professional to manage key client portfolios, drive new business development, and execute strategic sales initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Job Summary

The position is responsible for managing strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales execution. The role focuses on achieving forecasted sales targets, ensuring operational alignment with vendors, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Expected Results Major Activities

Business Growth & Revenue Achievement

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Expand existing accounts and penetrate new markets
• Implement strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets

Sales Forecasting & Performance Monitoring

• Forecast sales orders and material requirements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with relevant teams to develop customized solutions
• Work closely with Customer Service & Operations for seamless order fulfillment
• Align with Commercial team on pricing, payment, and contract matters

Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Address pricing, service, and operational concerns effectively
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Market Intelligence & Strategic Input

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Identify emerging business opportunities
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Experience in multinational companies (MNCs) preferred

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent

Technical Skills:

  • Sales forecasting & reporting capability
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Market analysis and data interpretation skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
