Job Purpose

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into confirmed interior design projects. The role requires proactive networking, client consultation, and collaboration with internal design and execution teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Expected Results Major Activities

• Consistent project acquisition and business growth

Generate new project leads via networking, referrals, digital platforms, and industry connections. Identify potential residential, commercial, and corporate clients

• Strong client database and relationship management

Develop, maintain, and actively utilize a client database to identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term relationships

• Effective client consultation and requirement analysis

Conduct meetings to understand client requirements, budget, and project expectations. Present suitable design solutions in collaboration with the design team

• Successful conversion of leads into projects

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations. Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines. Convert prospects into confirmed projects

• Collaboration with internal teams
Coordinate with design, project execution, and operations teams for smooth project handover
• Expansion of professional network
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, property developers, contractors, real estate professionals, and corporate clients
• Market development and lead generation
Participate in exhibitions, industry forums, and business meetings to generate visibility and new opportunities

Key Decisions

  • Prioritizing high-value interior design projects and clients
  • Determining effective networking and lead generation strategies
  • Recommending project proposals, pricing, and service packages to clients

Skills & Knowledge

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline

Relevant Experience:

  • 5–10 years in sales, business development, or project-based sales roles
  • Strong client database and professional network within real estate, construction, or interior design sectors
  • Proven experience in generating high-value projects and business opportunities

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and project-based business development
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to prepare professional proposals, quotations, and client presentations
