As a Recruitment Manager – Talent Acquisition at Infinigent, you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our organization’s strategic objectives. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and leading a team of recruiters to ensure the acquisition of high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and techniques to attract and hire top talent.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to identify current and future hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
  3. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  4. Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, assessment, and interviewing processes to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  5. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, application management, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  6. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality hiring practices.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to enhance the candidate experience and ensure successful placements.
  8. Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key recruitment trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
  1. BBA/Master’s/MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  2. Proven 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  3. In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  4. Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top talent using various recruitment channels.
  5. Strong understanding of behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Experience in managing and leading a team of recruiters.
  8. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  9. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions and measure success.
