Job Summary
The position is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand visibility and drive business growth for a leading international organization in the healthcare industry. The role involves managing social media communications, generating qualified leads, optimizing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand representation across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Expected Results Major Activities

• Strengthened digital presence and lead generation

Utilize multiple digital marketing channels, including social media, SEM, email, and content marketing, to attract and engage target audiences.

• Enhanced brand communication and reputation

Develop and execute brand communication tools, channels, and content to ensure a consistent and positive brand image

• Effective marketing campaign execution

Plan, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates

• Strong PR and media relations

Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media engagement, marketing seminars, and advertisements

• Strategic marketing contribution
Support the Country Manager in designing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Data-driven decision-making
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize ROI

Major Challenges:

  • Balancing multiple marketing initiatives within limited budgets
  • Maintaining consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline platforms
  • Generating measurable business leads in a competitive healthcare market

Key Decisions:

  • Selection of communication channels and campaign strategies
  • Optimization of digital marketing spend for maximum ROI
  • Recommendations on creative direction and brand messaging for local campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or campaign management

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics software

Personal Characteristics:

      • Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong communication             and interpersonal skills
