Location : Uttara, Dhaka
Working Days : Saturday – Thursday

Job Purpose :
To lead and expand the business development function by driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities in the facilities management sector. The role requires a seasoned professional with proven expertise in sales leadership, client acquisition, and contract negotiation within B2B services. The incumbent must set growth strategies, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:

Expected Results Major Activities

• Achieve Revenue & Growth Targets

• Develop and implement long-term sales strategies
• Lead sales campaigns and monitor target achievement
• Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify and secure contracts with corporate and institutional clients
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery

• Proposal & Contract Development

• Develop customized proposals, RFP responses, and bids
• Negotiate and finalize long-term service agreements
• Deliver compelling presentations to clients

• Market Expansion & Research

• Identify new market opportunities and service lines
• Conduct competitor and industry analysis
• Provide insights and recommendations to management

• Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and business development team
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and service delivery teams
• Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients

Requirements & Qualifications:

Relevant Experience:

  • 8–12 years in business development or sales leadership, preferably in facilities management, real estate, or service industries

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Major Challenges:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with corporate decision-makers
  • Managing complex contract negotiations with long sales cycles
  • Driving growth in a highly competitive facilities management market
  • Balancing team leadership with client-facing responsibilities

Skills and Competencies:

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and proposal development; familiarity with facilities management services

Strategic thinker, persuasive, resilient, confident, and highly presentable with strong leadership qualities
