Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various industries. Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and client acquisition within the HR or recruitment industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
